- Year 2: Develop assistant coaching skills
🟨 The 3 Levels of Assistant Coach Certification
- Duration: 1 year (or 2 years for beginners)
- Topics: Safety, warm-up games, organizing mini-courts, child-friendly communication
- Practice: Assisting certified coaches in kids’ group sessions
- Certificate: The Billionaires Tennis Assistant Coach Level 1
- Duration: 1 year (or 2 years for beginners)
- Topics: Basic technical drills, coordination exercises, court management
- Practice: Weekend junior programs & assisting in beginner tournaments
- Certificate: The Billionaires Tennis Assistant Coach Level 2
- Duration: 1 year (or 2 years for beginners)
- Topics: Progress tracking, motivating juniors, organizing sessions, reporting to head coaches
- Final Task: Assist in designing and leading an entire session
- Certificate: The Billionaires Tennis Assistant Coach Level 3

💼 Post-Certification: What Happens Next?
Upon successful completion of Level 3, graduates are officially recognized as Certified Assistant Coaches and are added to the The Billionaires Tennis Hiring Pool.
Being certified as an assistant coach does not make you a tennis coach, nor does it guarantee employment.
However, our academy regularly hires Certified Assistant Coaches for Kids and Junior programs as opportunities arise.

Entry-level assistants are offered part-time or hourly roles with base pay.
